Day 2: South Beach Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon
Lunch: 2 slices CPK whole wheat the Works pizza
Snack: Mixed nuts
Dinner: Chicken and asparagus stir-fry
Dessert: 1 % milk + sugar free chocolate syrup

Now planning what Phase 2 food I will eat tomorrow on Day 3.
